ISO Commercial represented the seller of the famed Naus Pharmacy in West Campus. The property presented many challenges since it was adjacent to a historic property (which ISO had listed for sale as well) ; therefore, even with the up-zoning granted by the UNO overlay it made the property hard to redevelop. ISO obtained full asking price for the seller and the property was redeveloped into a strip center and 7-11.
