ISO Commercial represented the tenant, Castro’s Warehouse, on the lease of 5,588 square feet of retail space for the operation of a warehouse district nightclub. In addition to negotiating favorable lease terms and the purchase of all FF&E, we consulted with the tenant on the permitting and TABC licensing.
